Toronto, ON. Aug. 16, 2024 – The class action arising from the data breach against LifeLabs was settled with Court approval. The Ontario Superior Court approved a settlement distribution process and appointed KPMG to carry out that process. The claims period has closed, and all approved payments have been sent out by KPMG by cheque or e-transfer.
No further claims may be made. No further or replacement payments will be made. The distribution process has been completed, and the class action lawsuit has been completed.
