Visit any LifeLabs patient service centre. Payments accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or debit card.
Call the Accounts Receivable Department toll-free at 1-888-265-5227 to pay by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Cheque or Money Order
Prepare a cheque or money order by quoting the Invoice number and making it payable to “LifeLabs LP”. Please mail the invoice and your payment to:
