Visit any LifeLabs Patient Service Centre. Payments accepted by Visa, Mastercard or debit. Present your invoice at the time of payment.

Credit Card

Complete the credit card information section at the bottom of the invoice using your Visa or MasterCard number. Mail the invoice to:

Cheque or Money Order

Prepare a cheque or money order payable to “LifeLabs” and quote the invoice number. Mail the invoice and your payment to:
