FAQs

LifeLabs is now offering a new, easier way to access and order conventional blood tests for naturopathic doctors, with the development of Patient Assessment Panels in Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Each of these panels has been designed by a group of doctors within the Medical Science team at LifeLabs, and field clinicians, to include the key tests required for assessment of patients based on their healthcare needs.

You can order any of these panels using your personalized LifeLabs requisition form. The panels make it more convenient to order a group of select tests all at once, rather than having to select each test individually.

Our lab results are available in real time. As soon as we have the answers, so do you via our online portal. For more information, visit: Healthcare Providers Reports

Healthcare providers can contact Customer Service by phone at 1-866-370-5227

Once you have completed the requisition form, please have your patient visit a LifeLabs patient service centre to collect the sample.
