Step 1
Test Payment
You can pay for the H. pylori Stool Antigen test online. Tests are refundable up until the time you have your sample taken. This test could be covered under some private healthcare insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider before paying. By clicking the pay for test button below, you will be taken to LifeLabs e-commerce store. Please note, H-Pylori Stool Antigen is only available in Ontario.
Step 2
Access personalized requisition from your email
You will receive your personalized requisition in the confirmation email after paying for the test online. This requisition will be personalized to your order.
Step 3
Have requisition signed by your healthcare provider
Print and bring the requisition form you received in the order email to your healthcare provider for signing. Requisitions not signed by a healthcare provider will not be processed and our staff will not be able to collect the sample(s).
Step 4
Get a stool collection kit
Visit a LifeLabs Patient Service Centre to obtain your stool collection kit. Please remember to bring with you the requisition you had signed by your healthcare provider so that our staff can provide you with the collection container. Unfortunately, unsigned requisitions cannot be accepted.
Step 5
Provide your stool sample to a LifeLabs Patient Service Centre
Once you have collected your stool sample, you may revisit any LifeLabs Patient Service Centre to drop it off. As before, you must bring the requisition you downloaded and printed from the order confirmation and had signed by your healthcare provider to LifeLabs in order for us to accept your sample.
Step 6
Get your results
Your test results will be sent directly to your healthcare provider. Most test results will be reported to your physician/healthcare provider within 8 business days of sample collection.

- Order your FlyClear test and receive your FlyClear test requisition.
- Book your Home Visit appointment with the MyVisit portal or, if your flight is within the next five days, contact a MyVisit coordinator 1-416-993-9579 (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
MyVisit Pre-departure testing offers:
- COVID-19 PCR/NAAT swab testing
- COVID-19 Antibody Blood (serology) testing
The MyVisit fee is $80 per person.
