Unless you’re a Canadian resident who had previously used MyCareCompass, an account has not been created for you. Please select “Create an Account” to begin the account creation process. To access your results, you must use the same email provided when registering your kit or purchasing your test.

If you are a Canadian resident who has used MyCareCompass in the past, you will be able to log in using your existing account as long the same email was used to register your kit or to purchase your test. To access your results, please click here to sign in to the FlyClear portal. Access.
Select the Forgot Password? option and enter your email. A password reset will be emailed to you so you can create a new password. After you have made a new password, please click here to sign in through the FlyClear login page.
Look for the activation email that was sent to you after you created the account. The email will have been sent from no-reply@on.mycarecompass.lifelabs.com. You will need to click on the link in the email to complete the activation process of your account. After you have activated your account, please click here to sign in through the FlyClear login page.

If you have received an email saying your results are ready, but you do not see them in your account, please search for the verification email sent from flyclear no-reply titled Verify your email address to complete registration. You will need to click on the “Verify Email” button to connect your results to the account. Please note this email is sent when your on-arrival COVID testing kit is registered, or when you purchase a pre-departure test, and it can only go to the email address provided at that time. If you created this account using a different email address, you will need to make a new account using the same email address you originally provided.
