In order to book an appointment, patients must have an account. If a patient does not have an account, they will be able to create an account via lifelabs.com.
Once they are logged into their account they will be able to book an appointment for their family member:
- Click Appointments and click Book Appointment
2. Direct the patient to enter an address to find a location near them
3. Select the location they want to book an appointment
4. Click next
5. Select available date and time - When confirming the appointment, select the family member’s name from the list if available. Otherwise, enter the name of the person they want to book the appointment for.
- Confirm appointment.
Note: Patients can add the appointment to their calendar, share it via email or print the details of the appointment.
