I wanted to take a moment to give special recognition to one of your employees, Washefa.
Throughout my recent interactions, I have been consistently impressed by her professionalism and dedication. No matter how busy the situation, Washefa always greets patients with a warm smile and takes the time to explain everything clearly and patiently.
I was especially touched by the kindness and respect she showed towards my mother, a senior citizen who is not fluent in English. Washefa’s thoughtful and compassionate approach significantly impacted my mother’s experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who balances professionalism with genuine care so effortlessly.
