Password Reset
If you need to change your password, please follow the step-by-step instructions outlined below.
Go to mycarecompass.lifelabs.com and click ‘Need help logging in or account locked?’
Enter your registered email address, and press SEND. An email will immediately be sent to your registered email address.
Within 24 hours, open the “MyCareCompass Password Reset” email and click on the link provided
Answer the security question that is displayed and press VERIFY
Enter a new password for your account press SET PASSWORD
Note: the password must not have been used previously and must contain a minimum of 8 characters including at least 1 capital letter and 1 number

Go to mycarecompass.lifelabs.com and login to your account using your new password
