Toronto, ON – It hasn’t always been easy, but throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our team has remained agile, customer-centric, caring, and collaborative. That’s why, last year, we re-examined how we’re investing in our employee culture and recognition efforts and introduced several employee-facing initiatives and wellness supports.
In our 2021 Community Report, we share what working at LifeLabs looks like in a post-pandemic world. In the Recognizing and Caring for our Employees section of the report, we celebrate the return of our Summer BBQs and Med Lab Week events, showcase examples of employee excellence, and share how we step up to support one another in times of need.
STANDING TOGETHER DURING THE BRITISH COLUMBIA FLOODS

Logistics stepped in to quickly re-route pick-up and delivery of specimens and supplies, working around road and highway closures. Read the full story here.
