Patient Service Centres in BC were closed at 2:30 PM today (October 25, 2022), due to an unplanned power outage that affected IT systems used to process testing. Power is now fully restored, and all Patient Service Centres will be returning to normal operating hours tomorrow.
Appointments booked for this afternoon will be rescheduled to another time. Patients that visited a Patient Service Centre earlier today may experience a minor delay in their results.
