As Senior Vice President, HR Canada, Ginger Butler leads the development and execution of HR strategies that support LifeLabs’ growth and workplace culture. As a trusted HR business partner with experience in developing talent, strategic people planning, and organizational transformation, she is committed to creating an engaging and inclusive environment where employees can thrive, and superior business results are achieved.

Ginger joined LifeLabs in 2020 as National Director, Human Resources, overseeing the business partner function, employee and labour relations, and workforce planning. She was later promoted to Vice President, Human Resources and Talent, where she played a key role in leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee experience. Now, as Senior Vice President, she continues to focus on making LifeLabs’ an exceptional place for employees to work and to strengthen LifeLabs’ people programs and culture to attract and retain the best talent

Prior to LifeLabs, Ginger held senior HR leadership roles at Bell Canada, Aon, Sanofi and Deloitte gaining experience across multiple HR disciplines.

Ginger holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
