Brad Davis is a healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience in both public and private healthcare sectors. He is also recognized for his leadership in health strategy, business development, and creating value for patients and healthcare organizations.

As Senior Vice President, Quest Canada and Ireland, Brad is dedicated to advancing LifeLabs’ growth strategy, with a particular emphasis on introducing Quest products to the Canadian market, and ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier service to our customers. Additionally, Brad oversees the operational and commercial oversight of Quest’s Ireland business.

Brad joined Quest in the fall of 2018 as Managing Director for Quest Global Markets – Canada, Europe, Middle East and Africa; in 2023, Brad’s role expanded to include leadership for Blue Print Genetics commercialization.

Prior to joining Quest, Brad was the Executive Director of University Health Network and held several leadership roles at Ontario hospitals including Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Women’s College Hospital, and Lakeridge Health Laboratory Programs. Brad is familiar with the LifeLabs culture and community, having previously held the role of Director, Business Development for nearly a decade when the organization was known as MDS Labs in the early 2000’s. Brad holds a Masters Degree from the University of Ottawa, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management.
