Notice of closure for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Our BC operations will be closed on Saturday, September 30, as well as Monday, October 2, 2023, to observe the holiday.

As you know, September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Our BC operations will be closed on Saturday, September 30, as well as Monday, October 2, 2023, to observe the holiday. In addition, our courier services will not be providing routine specimen pick up.

If you normally receive courier services on a statutory holiday, this will continue as well as services for hospitals.

All of our locations and courier services will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

We ask for your assistance in reminding your patients that we will be closed on September 30 and October 2.

  1. Order your FlyClear test and receive your FlyClear test requisition.
  2. Book your Home Visit appointment with the MyVisit portal or, if your flight is within the next five days, contact a MyVisit coordinator 1-416-993-9579 (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm EST)

MyVisit Pre-departure testing offers:

  • COVID-19 PCR/NAAT swab testing
  • COVID-19 Antibody Blood (serology) testing

The MyVisit fee is $80 per person.
