What to Expect During Your Visit

Icon You may be asked to stand in a line outside the Patient Service Centre door
Icon To maintain Social Distancing, you may need to wait outside until capacity limits allow for entry
Icon You will be screened by a Lifelabs Employee
Icon You will be greeted by one of our staff members, and asked to present your requisition, or we may need to look it up if sent prior by your Physician
Icon Once we have your paper work, we will process you in our system
Icon We will send you to a cubicle as soon as possible, and a Lab Patient Technician will be with you shortly
