Change to Methodology and Reference Range: TSH Receptor Antibody (TRAB)

Please note the change in methodology for TSH Receptor Antibody (TRAB), effective July 4th, 2019. The referral Laboratory has discontinued the previous RIA method and replaced it with a third generation competitive fluorescent immunoassay. The new assay provides increased sensitivity. This has resulted in an updated reference range: <1.8 IU/L (Previous RI: <10 U/L).
