As Interim Vice President, Client Services, Logistics and Materials Management, Pam Williams is accountable for the performance of service delivery channels, including customer experience, contact centres, logistics, materials management, operational excellence and innovation.
Pam Williams began her career with LifeLabs in 1982 as a medical lab patient technician. Since then, Pam has held progressively senior positions within LifeLabs’ Client Service and Operations portfolios. Over the years, Pam’s deep knowledge and experience have provided her with key insights that have helped shape our service delivery model while providing value-added services that improve the customer experience. Pam played an instrumental role in LifeLabs’ integration with CML and oversaw the successful rollout of our Patient Wait Time and Appointment Booking systems.
Pam attended the Toronto Institute of Medical Technology and is a Six Sigma green belt.
